What is it?

It is a widespread pathogen, which is found in tobacco as well as many other plants

Symptoms?
A
Malformation of leaves, or growing points
Yellow streaking of leaves
Yellow spotting on leaves
Distinct yellowing of only veins

How is it spreads?
A
Can be spread from plant to plant if it is on workers, hands, closings or tools

Damages caused by the virus
A
When tobacco mosaic is infected, it is permanent and infected for life. For other plants does not usually kill.
