Baked Five Onion Soup

Five onion soup, soup crouton and swiss cheese.
Baked to a nice brown top.
Garnish is frsh, chopped parsley.
Soup crock, B&B, and a soup spoon.
Lobster Bisque

Lobster bisque (heavy cream based soup with creamy lobster flavour) with lobster medallions (one claw or 1/2 tails or one piece). Hot soup bowl, 9" round plate, soup spoon.
Morton’s Center Cut Iceberg with Blue Cheese
WEDGE / 1000
Center cut iceberg lettuce, Morton’s salad dressing (mayonnaise/ sour cream based blue cheese dressing), bacon bits, chopped egg, tomatoes and blue cheese crumbles. Chilled drake bowl.
With thousand island replace the Morton’s dressing with thousand island and delete the blue cheese crumbles.
Caesar Salad

Chilled romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing, fresh shaved parmesan cheese and croutons.

Iceberg and romaine lettuce, Morton’s dressing, chopped eggs and anchovies.

Tomato and Onion Salad

Romaine lettuce leaf, 4 slices of beefsteak tomato, purple onions and drizzled with red wine vinaigrette.
Variations:
- With vinaigrette and blue cheese
- With Morton’s dressing in place of vinaigrette and onions.
Chopped Salad

Chopped iceberg and romaine lettuce mix, english cucumbers, blue cheese crumbles, bacon, chopped eggs, purple onions, avocado and chopped tomatoes.
Served with Dijon Vinaigrette.
Chilled Metro square plate.
Chopped Spinach Salad
CHOP SPIN
Spinach, chopped eggs, mushrooms, purple onions and bacon bits.
Served with a Hot Bacon Dressing (Blend of bacon, green onions, Dijon mustard, sugar, Lemon juice, mustard seeds, cider vinegar,olive oil and parsley).
Room temperature Metro square plate.
Bibb Lettuce Salad

Bibb lettuce, walnuts, blue cheese crumbles and bosc pears.
Served with a balsamic viaigrette dressing.
