- Morton’s Grille: A modern approach to the steakhouse theme.
- Morton’s Steak & Seafood-Ocean Club: Featuring fresh seafood in complement to our classic steaks.

What is The Legend of the Pig Lamp?
Legend has it that the Pig Lamp came to Morton’s because they look happy, full and content—and that is how we want our Guests to feel when they dine with us.
What is Bar 12 | 21 named after?
Our Bars are called “12 | 21” after the day that we opened in 1978; December 21st.
What does Genuine Hospitality stands for?
Taking charge of the Guest experience in no uncertain terms. Genuine Hospitality ALWAYS includes caring, attentive and professional service with a smile, warmth, and genuineness in all you do.
Genuine Hospitality means acting on your Guest’s behalf and work to “make it happen”.
Never respond with “No” or “I can’t”.
As long as it is not illegal, immoral or changes our brand- we will make it happen!
