- Alternating mild hypomania and depression for 2 years.
2. Episodes don’t meet criteria for full hypomanic, manic or depressive episodes per DSM-5.
Cyclothymia is a less severe form of bipolar disorder. How long do you need to be symptomatic to get diagnosed with Cyclothymia?
