Molar Volume and Ideal Gases Flashcards

1
Q

What did Avogadro hypothesise about ideal conditions of temp, pressure and volume of gas and what does that mean? (molar volume)

A

ideal condtions of temp, pressure and volume of gas contain an equal number of gas particles.
It means that one mole of any gas at the same temperature and pressure will have a specific volume. This is known as molar volume.
