Channeling your emotions in a positive way when needed

Empathizing and understanding how others feel
What is relationship (social) management?
Assisting others in managing their own emotions and establishing supportive relationships with others

Reflection conducted by others about an individuals personal behaviors
What is supportive communication?
Communication that preserves a positive relationship but still addresses the problem at hand

Giving the sender of a message for undisclosed attention with the intention of fully receiving the message
How is the 80/20 rule used in active listening?
You should be listening about 80% of the time and speaking about 20%
