Psychological Flexbility
To contact the present moment fully, dedicate our psychology to a situation. To change and persist in behaviour when doing so serves valued ends. Becoming aware of our uncomfortable feelings to override short-term decisions and towards long-term decisions
Mindfulness
Calm, clear and focused. Building a specifically weak area.
