  • Avoids confusion & misunderstandings: Grammar and vocabulary errors can lead to extreme confusion, to such an extent that it could even expose your company to legal action if the signed contract contains errors.
  • Professionalism: Bad grammar and spelling mistakes give the impression that you are not meticulous and don’t take enough time to do the job correctly.
  • Credibility: In order to maintain professional credibility, it is necessary to express yourself well, and the same applies to companies.
  • Time spent on clarifying: When communicating instructions in either written or spoken English, it is essential that they are clear and easy to understand.
  • Increase in expenses: bad grammar or vocabulary can have a direct impact on a company’s bottom line.
