Define Operational

Define Traditional Warfare
Traditional warfare is characterized as a violent struggle for domination between nation-states or coalitions and alliances of nation-states.
Define Irregular Warfare
A violent struggle among state and non-state actors for legitimacy and influence over the relevant populations.

The President of the United States of America.
Define Unity of Effort
Coordination, and cooperation toward common objectives, even if the participants are not necessarily part of the same command or organization, which is the product of successful unified action.

he is the commander and chief of the army, navy, and ,militia when called into service

requirement that the president communicate to congress the commitment of troops within 48 hours. after 60 days the president must remove the troops unless granted an extension by congress
