Scope
These are the characteristics that limit the scope and describe the boundaries of the study, such as the sample size, geographical location or setting in which the study takes place, population traits, etc.
Delimitations
It is used in research work as a claim that outlines the problem addressed by a study. This briefly addresses the question: “What is the problem that the research will address?”
