* monitoring during= proactive & concurrent (simultaneously instead of after)

Behaviour- bureaucratic (behaviour standards, policies, M,C,CA) ex: through manuals/direct supervision (costly, - autonomy, - motivation)
SOP standard operating procedures- risk of too closed minded & inflexible

Clan- cultural, shape behaviours through social values ( japanese vow du to respect & honor value), most effective & proactive (empieza desde que se inculca, natural instinct to help org), utilizable en cualquier situation
