-if people’s tasks are structured & repetitive
-if there are very formal authority relations & bureaucracy (hacendado y campesinos)
Participative LB
Consulting with others, collect their feedback & implements suggestions before making decisions

If employees like being involved (internal locus of control) or feel experienced enough to contribute, this system will be appreciated
Achievement oriented LB
For super competitive people whose priority is work & self actualization in it
Leader sets challenges and has high expectations from everyone
BUT
If a leader like this is in the wrong industry/company (where people do not feel challenged by the work or don’t like challenges in general), the leader can implement a game like system to increase effort (competitiveness) and create a sense of accomplishment
