Size: smaller= better, only big enough IF NOT, social loafing, free riding (unos no hacen nada o se esfuerzan menos q si su trabajo fuera individual)
Roles: task vs relationship orientation-need them both equally (like skills)
Norms: conformity (go with the majority) vs deviance (tolerance for different, minority ideas) just find a balance, moderate conformity
Cohesiveness: attraction to a group & shared vision- tambien balanceado (diversification dead, genero…)

SO, managers should
Forming- create common vision, become familiar
Storming- foster functional conflict
Norming- encourage reflection & feedback
Performing- provide resources
Adjourning- measure & evaluate
Group tasks
Task Complexity & interdependence, if high, team works better than individual
