A
  • describes how the study was conducted
  • Quantitative: research design, the sample the setting, data collection procedures and methods of measurement and data analysis method

-Qualitative: same issues as with quantitative but with a bigger emphasis to describe the researchers efforts

  • presents findings including a description of the study and stat reports
  • Quantitative: names of statictical tests used, the value of calculated statistics, statitical significance and if they were significant

-Qualitative: organize findings according to the major themes, processes or categories that were defined in the data. Also utilize raw data
