Why is a sense of injustice important in mobilisation
Workers will only engage if there is a sense of injustice
What are the 3 types of injustice?
Procedural, distributive and interactional.

Do a large number of employees need to be involved in the injustice to spark a sense of injustice
No, it could be a small number of employees that everybody feels are being treated unfairly.
