Discussed on an informal basis w/ immediate supervisor within 21 days from occurrence or knowledge of occurrence.

Within 21 days from discussion w/ employee shall orally reply to complaint

Formal complaint w/ BC step 2

Within 14 calendar days of receipt of answer from supt, employee shall file a written grievance.

Grievance not official unless on appropriate form

Grievance shall describe the grievance and how adversely they are affected
