  1. Tracking Tolerance lost during the final segment.
  2. Performance of the aid fails or becomes suspect.
  3. Visual reference is not established at or before reaching the missed approach point or decision altitude.
  4. A Landing can’t be effected from a runway approach unless a circling approach can be conducted in weather conditions equal to or better than those specified for circling.
  5. Visual reference is lost while circling to land.
