What is steatorrhoea? What does it present as?
A
Excess of fat in the stools - pale, bulky, and malodorous stools
(It is a result of fat malabsorption)

What is abdominal guarding?
A
Tensing of the abdominal wall muscles to guard inflamed organs within the abdomen from the pain of pressure upon them.

A
Periumbilical bleeding, secondary to intraperitoneal haemorrhage

A
Flank bleeding secondary to retroperitoneal haemorrhage
