A

British cruisers fired at by an Albanian battery. UK said innocent passage through straits is recognised in IL. Albania said sending warships without letting them know first was a violation of sovereignty. Ships weren’t in combat formation.

A

Hungary v Slovakia

Both States agreed to build a system of locks diverting the Danube. Hungary abandoned the plan in 1989. Slovakia therefore changed the plan. Hungary’s breach of obligation wasn’t necessary. Both States had breached treaty.
