Immunocompromised or liver dz: give Ig

Endocarditis Prophylaxis
A
- unrepaired/incompletely repaired cyanotic congenital heart disease
- any CHD repaired w/prosthetic material in the last 6mos
- any repaired CHD w/residual defect (partially open ASD/VSD) or defect adjacent to prosthetic material
- prosthetic valves
- h/o endocarditis
- cardiac transplant
