Sinopulmonary dz, aspergillomas (in pre-existing cavities from CF or TB)
ABPA if severe worsening asthma despite tx
Tx: voriconazole, amphotericin B

Mucocutaneous: oral/pharyngeal or vaginal
Invasive: malignancy, BMT, prolonged steroids, TPN, extensive burns
Tx: topical nystatin, fluconazole/amphotericin B
