A
- strategy formation is a cognitive process that takes place in the mind of the strategist.
- strategies emerge as perspectives - in the form of concepts, maps, schemas and frames - that shape how people deal with inputs from the environment.
objective view - distorted before they are encoded in maps, schemas etc.
subjective view - interpretations of a world that exists in terms of how it is perceived
a bridge between the objective schools and subjective (learning, culture, power, configuration).
