A

strategy wrapped up with the behaviour of an individual

entrepreneur either gets too involved on the ground and loses sight of strategy. Or becomes too distant from the ground and too obsessed with strategy.

burden on the leader

culture of dependency and conformity that obstructs learning and innovation.
