Mindfulness
Intentionally being aware of the present without judging or rejecting the moment and without getting attached to the past or present.
Wise mind
The combination of emotion mind and reasonable mind that is effective in that moment.
Observe
Notice thoughts, emotions, physicals sensations, and what’s going on around you without labeling, judging, or trying to change it.
Describe
Putting words to what you observe.
Participate
Putting all of your attention into and being completely present in an activity; the opposite of auto pilot.
Nonjudgmentally
Accepting each moment as it is and without labeling it as good or bad.
One-mindfully
Doing one thing at a time without distractions. Concentrate on the one thing that you are doing.
Effectively
Not calling things “right” or “wrong” but rather “effective” and “non effective”. Being mindful of what your goals are in the current situation.
