A
- Normal Physiological flexion (pelvis high, head low, arm & legs tucked in)
- In Prone (able to lift head briefly)
- Turns head side to side (prone & supine)
- Orients to faces, sounds & touch
- Grasp Reflexively (Palmar Grasp Reflex)
- Hands open & close but often clench in first few months
- Eyes cross as they are learning to work togethers (black, white & shades of grey)
- Lots of reflexive movements (ATNR, rooting reflex, suck swallow, plantar grasp reflex, babinski)

- Pelvis comes down & arms move out to sides (baby appears floppy & disorganized with less head control)
- Smiles & Coos
- Turns heads to sounds, begin to follow obj with toys
- holds head up
- follows things with eyes
- Stepping reflex, moro reflex

- improved head control, trunk strengthening & stability
- strong symmetry & sense of midline by 4 M
- Babbles, copies sound heard
- reaches for toys

- Time of increased dynamic postural stabilty & mobility
- prone on extended arms
- Takes turns making sounds & stringing vowels together

- Rolls to both sides (front to back)

- Supporting weight on legs when standing
