A

mimics a stroke- be careful, must rule out right away

A
  • prodromal stage - up to 3 days before
  • aura - 60 mins before
  • headache
  • resolution- when headache starts to fade
  • postdromal stage

nb. not everyone will experience these 5 stages, varies widely
