Q

Presentation?

Q

Mx

A
  • treat underlying malignancy
  • older person who has been chronic smoker presents with these symptoms –> investigate for SCLC
  • Amifampridine
    • __increases ACh in NMJ by blocking pre synaptic potassium gated voltage channels

Other options:

  • Immunosuppression
  • plasma exchange
  • IV immunoglobulins
