Reptiles bury their eggs in loose soil, while some give birth to live young ., reptiles do not have a larvae stage

What do you assume if you find a nest with no evidence?
You assume its occupied until you find proof its not occupied
how far does a swepp have to cover?
The disturbance site plus a 100 meter buffer
What is the idea time to do a wildlife sweep
within ten days of activity starting
Do you need a permit to conduct a wildlife sweep?
No
What must wildlife sweeps include?
Time, Justification for the timing, person who conducted the sweep, environmental conditions during the sweep, GPS track
What happens if an important wildlife feature and the work still must be done?
The person doing the work has to reconsider, timining, placing or submit a non routine application
is it up to you to decide whether company can build or not?
No it is up to the wildlife in the area and if their is wildlife in the area you do not have the authority to approve the build.
