The value came from a Latin word;
Valere
It means to measure the worth of something
VALUE
He is the foremost exponent of axiology
Max Scheler (1874-1928)
It is defined as the philosophical science and values
Axiology
These are our actions which gives pleasant feelings to ourselves and others
Positive values
These are actions we normally repent, values that are not acceptable to any form of organizations
Negative Values
It happens when person do not value the same thing
Value conflict
Types of value conflict:
Interpersonal and interpersonal conflicts
Everybody has an obligation to himself, but there are times that we are facing difficulties in understanding these obligation
The self
Where values come from
Parents, the environment, the school, the church, and the government.

- harmony with material universe
