Q

how do u calibrate for a graticule ?

A

use a special microscope stage called a stage micrometer

10 units on the micrometre scale are equivalent too 40 units on the graticule scale so one unit n the micrometre scale equals four units on the graticule scale

divide each unit on graticule scale by each unit on micrometre
