A

BCC (trunk not immunocompromise(must be in contact with an MDT))- GP can remove

BUT if above trunk - routine referral

IF around the eyes, nasolabial fold and ear - urgent referral - 2 week wait

A

SCC are painful whereas BCC is not

SCC- scales if well demarcated

BCC can pick off the crust but in SCC you can not (if you do it bleeds and painfull)
