Poverty of thought of speech. The client might sit with a visitor but only mumble or respond vaguely to questions.

Lack of pleasure or joy. The client is indifferent to things that often make others happy, such as looking at beautiful scenery
Anhedonia
Lack of motivation in activities and hygiene.
Ex: The client completes an assigned task, such as making their bed, but is unable to start the next common chore without prompting
Avolition

Extrapyramidial symptoms (pseudoparkinsonism, acute dystonia, akathisia, tardive dyskenesia), hyperprolactinemia, NMS. Anticholingergic effects: tachycardia, tremors, insomnia, postural hypotension
Major side effects of typical antipsychotics
Weight gain, sedation, low potential for ejaculatory difficulty, sexual dysfunction, GI disturbance, headache, low potential of EPS.
