A
Nausea or vomiting associated with: Chest pain Opioid administration Cytotoxic or radiotherapy Previously diagnosed migraine Severe gastroenteritis
Prophylaxis in:
Awake spinal immobilised patient
Eye trauma

Suspected bowel obstruction or perforation
GI haemorrhage
