Type of amnesia where there is an inability to recall experiences that occurred BEFORE the onset of the amnestic state
Retrograde Amnesia
Amnesia which indicates an inability to store, retain, and recall new knowledge

It is always tested last because it is the most subjective part of the neurological examination
