Selective Attention - Performer focuses on the task they are about to perform and block out all other distractions (Crowd/Opponents)
What is Positive Thinking in terms of Mental Preparation?
Positive Thinking - Performer thinks confidently about competing well and winning, they shut out negative thoughts. The performer believes in their own ability (can be by talking to themselves)
