urge to repeat a behaviour=creates anxiety
obsessions are persistent and/or forbidden thoughts and ideas, which cause high levels of anxiety in OCD sufferers.
Accompanying depression?
OCD=often accompanied by depression so anxiety can be accompanied by low mood and lack of enjoyment in activities because of the obsessive thoughts and compulsions
