Failure of Mullein duct fusion–> absent uterus and upper vagina. 46XX, presents with primary amenorrhea
What is androgen insensitivity?
46XY, male testosterone, no uterus, with testes

What is Tanner staging pubic hair stage 3 and 4?
Stage 3- Hair spread sparsely over pubes junction, darker and courser
Stage 4- Adult type hair, no spread to medial thighs
What is Tanner staging of the breast 1 and 2?
1- Elevation of papilla only
2- Breast bud with elevation of breast and papilla
What is tanner staging of the breast 3 and 4?
3- Enlargement of breast/areola without separation
4- Projection of areola and papilla to form a secondary mound
