AIRSPEED UNRELIABLE:
(Airspeed or Mach indications disagree with AOA calculated airspeed)
- AP DISC SW - PUSH
- A/T ARM SWs (both) - OFF
- F/D SWs (both) - OFF
- Set gear up pitch attitude and thrust:Flaps extended - 10’ and 85% N1Flaps up - 4’ and 70% N1
CABIN ALTITUDE:
1.Don Oxygen Masks
2.Establish Crew Communications
3.Check cabin altitude and rate (if uncontrollable)
4.PASS OXYGEN SW - PUSH ON (hold 1 sec)
5.Emergency DES - initiate
6.Thrust Levers (both) - IDLE
7.SPD BRK - UP
8.Target SPD - VMO/MMO (no damage) / current SPD (damage)
9.Transponder - 7700
10.Descend to LSALT or 10,000ft (whichever is higher)
DUAL ENG FAIL / STALL:
1.FUEL CONTROL SW (both) - CUTOFF then RUN
2.RAM AIR TURBINE SW - Push + hold 1 sec
ENG LIMIT EXCEED L, R:
1.A/T ARM SW (affected side)….(confirm) - OFF
2.Thrust Lever (affected side)…..(confirm) - Retard until ENG LIMIT blanks / thrust idle
ENG SURGE L, R:
1.A/T ARM SW (affected side)….(confirm) - OFF
2.Thrust Lever (affected side)…..(confirm) - Retard until ENG SURGE blanks / thrust idle
ENG SVR DAMAGE / SEP L, R:
1.A/T ARM SW (affected side)….(confirm) - OFF
2.Thrust Lever (affected side)…..(confirm) - IDLE
3.FUEL CONTROL SW (affected side)…..(confirm) - CUTOFF
4.Engine Fire SW (affected side)….(confirm) - PULL
FIRE ENG L, R:
1.A/T ARM SW (affected side)….(confirm) - OFF
2.Thrust Lever (affected side)…..(confirm) - IDLE
3.FUEL CONTROL SW (affected side)…..(confirm) - CUTOFF
4.Engine Fire SW (affected side)….(confirm) - PULL
5.If FIRE ENG message stays shown:
6.ENG FIRE SW (affected side) - Rotate to stop hold 1 sec
7.If after 30 sec Fire ENG remains:
8.ENG FIRE SW (affected side) - Rotate to other stop hold 1 sec
STABILIZER
1.STAB Cutout SWs (both) - CUTOUT
2.Do not exceed current airspeed
WINDSHEAR ESCAPE:
Manual Flight:
1.AP Disengage
2.TOGA SW - PUSH
3.Aggressively apply maximum thrust
4.A/T DISC
5.Roll wings level + pitch to 15’
6.SPD BRK lever - down
7.Follow FD / TOGA guidance
Autoflight:
1.TOGA SW - PUSH
2.Verify TOGA mode FMA
3.Verify GA Thrust set
4.SPD BRK lever - down
5.Monitor performance of AP / AT
No config changes until clear of windshear
Monitor VS and altitude
Pitch towards stick shaker maybe required
STALL RECOVERY:
1.Hold Control Column Firmly
2. A/P + A/T - OFF (if not acceptable response)
3. Smoothly Lower AoA (until buffet / stick shaker stops)
4. Roll Wings Level
5. Slowly Apply Thrust
6. Confirm SPD BRK down
7. No Config Changes (if Flaps Up during liftoff- Select Flaps 1)
GPWS:
(Activation of PULL UP, TERRAIN TERRAIN PULL UP or OBSTACLE PULL UP)
- A/P + A/T - Disengage
- Aggressively apply Max Thrust
- Roll Wings Level + Pitch 20’ NUP
- Confirm SPD BRK down
- Pitch to Shaker (Pitch Limit Indicator) if terrain still threat
- No Config Changes
- Monitor RAD ALT
If DAY VMC - correct flight path immediately until warning stops
TCAS:
- AP - Disengage
- A/T - DISC
- Smoothly adjust pitch and thrust to satisfy RA command
(Do not follow FD commands until clear of conflict)
Climb RA in Landing Config:
- A/P + A/T - OFF
- Thrust Levers - Full FWD
- Flaps 20
- Adjust Pitch manoeuvre within green
- Gear Up
manoeuvre in green (within 5 sec) or 2.5 sec with corrective RA
NOSE LOW RECOVERY: (-10)
- Recognise + Confirm
- A/P + A/T - OFF
- Recover Stall - if req
- Approaching Horizon - Roll Wings Level
- Nose up Elevator
