Handwritten Rx. No refill. Morphine, methadone, Oxi and Hydrocodone Fentanyl and Methamphetamines. Highly addictive.
Schedule III drugs are under what restrictions. Give examples.
Moderate to low addiction. Dr. must give handwritten RX and can only be filled 5x in 6 mo. Ketamine, Steroids, Testosterone.
Schedule IV drugs are under what restrictions. Give examples.
Low potential for abuse/dependance. Dr. must sign RX. Staff can authorize refills. (5x in 6 mo.) Diazepam, Zolpidem, Eszopiclone, Alprazolam, Clonazepam.
