1. SBP < 90mmHg 2. SBP drops greater than 30 mmHg from baseline 3. HR < 50 or > 100bpm 4. Suspected Head Injury 5. Patient is an infant or child 6. Patient has taken 3 doses prior to arrival 7. Patient has taken Erectile Dysfunction (ED) medication in the past 24-48 hours
