  • pain on medial compartment - may radiate down wrist

- increase with dripping and wrist flexion

  • tendrness at or just below medial epicondyle
  • pain on resisted pronation and wrist flexion
  • pain when stretching flexors

A
  • rest
  • NSAID’s
  • mobilisation
  • muscle strengthening
  • evaluation of technique
