- excessive valgus stress due to trauma or repeated throwing
- inflammation - scarring and calcification
- overuse and improper mechanics

A
- pain on medial aspect of elbow
- tenderness over ligament
- instability
- flexion contracture

what management would take place
A
- rest
- NSAID’s
- modification of activity
- correction od technique
- soft tissue therapy
- muscle strenthening

A
brace and muscle strengthening for 3-6 weeks
