Mongolian Lamb Chops with Crystalized Ginger Crust
Roasted lamb chops crusted in panko breadcrumbs, crystalized ginger, and juniper berries served with a ginger mustard and baby bok choy and chilis.

13 oz usually 3 chops can be cut into 4 but cannot add pieces.
Tangerine Beef
Beef Hanger Steak tat is marinated in sesame oil and corn starch, flash fried and wok tossed with peppers, celery, and onion. Then glazed with a sweet tangerine soy reduction. Served with finger chilis.

Cantonese Steamed Sole with Ginger, Scallion Oil, and Soy Sauce
Steamed grey sole topped with ginger, scallion, and chilis, served over bok choy and finished with warm scallion oil and seasoned soy. The most decadent dish on the menu in my opinion, and is gluten free because of the Tamari.

Glazed Alaskan Black Cod with Spicy Eggplant and a Black Bean Relish
Miso glazed and marinated black Cod topped with a cucumber and jimica black bean relish, and served with spicy eggplant and chili oil. Many say this is the best fish on the menu.

Ma La Chicken
Marinated chicken thigh tossed in cornstarch and lightly fried, then wok tossed with chili paste, thai chilis, Szechuan peppercorns and peanuts. garnished with cilantro. the peppercorns do create a mouth numbing effect, and is an acquired taste.
