Clinical features?
A
- Cough,conjunctivitis,coryza (1-2)
- koplik’s spots (2-4)
- maculopapular rash(from 4th day)

Complications?
A
Respi- -pneumonia -secondary bacterial infection and otitis media -tracheitis Neuro- -febrile convulsions -EEG abnormalities -encephalitis -SSPE OTHER -diarrhea -hepatitis -appendicitis -corneal ulceration -myocarditis

A
Symptomatic Isolation Ribavirin in immunocompremised Vit A Immunization for prevention
