Upper respiratory type features
Photophobia
Watery eyes
Fever high grade
Laryngitis 
Gastrointestinal diarrhea
Kopliks spot is diagnostic white spot of center inflammation opposite to lower molar
2nd stage is eruption 5th day:
Blotchy appearance of rash
