What are some of your weaknesses?
A
- My skill level on Microsoft Excel is not where I want it to be - As a result, I have enrolled in a excel workshop through Monash to upskill myself with the essential program
- Not a great public speaker - trying to improve through participating in activities that strengthen this i.e NAB Foundation and roles such as Impetus where public / group speaking is a weekly thing. Also engaged in education sessions and tips on how to improve presentations.
Talkative - UI enjoy forging strong relationships with Co-workers but notice that it may sometimes distract them from their work. Through being aware of this, I aim to keep conversations short and concise during work hours and go out for a lunch break to have a proper catch up.
