S: Elderly customer was after new shoes and supportive dress shoes for event but couldn’t find them anywhere (distressed)
T: Help customer address his needs with
A: Took him over to the nearest computer as he didn’t have a phone and found the right brand for him, his size and where to get it
R: Customer was very grateful and ended up buying two pairs of the same walking shoes because he was so satisfied.

Distressed / aggravated kid
Needed shoes and other equipment for game
Didn’t have the shoes he wanted
Related to him and his mum
Found an alternative ‘dusty’ shoe (and related to the kid through footy)
Made him smile and parents very happy
Guided them to the right areas and made sure that they had everything they needed
