How to open the emergency escape panel at bunk number 9?
A
- Remove both covers of the emergency escape panel
- Turn both handles simultaneously in the direction the arrows
- pull to open panel
- enter the FCRC by crawling through panel
- Evacuate via the FCRC.

Oxygen and decompression indications inside the MD-CCRC?
A
- Same as those in the cabin
- HI chime sounds for 5 minutes through the loud speakers

Cabin crew actions in decompression in the MD-CCRC?
A
- Fasten bunk belt
- OR enter and fasten bunk belt
- Don oxygen mask
- Wait for PA to follow post decompression SOP’s

Smoke detection in the MD-CCRC?
A
- A single low chime sounds repeatedly for 30 seconds - followed by a repetitive triple low chime every 30 seconds.
- CRC 100% brightness
- Affected location shown on TEST MESSAGE on SMOKE DETECT PAGE on mini FAPs.
- Audio and visual indication cannot be reset inside the CRC.

Indications inside the cabin when there is smoke inside the MD-CCRC?
A
- Triple low chime every 30 seconds
- Flashing amber light on the exterior of the main entrance door
- Flashing amber light on corresponding ACPs
- Flashing RED light on all AIPs with message “FCRC or CCRC SMOKE” is displayed.
- Affected location is displayed graphically on SMOKE detect page + caution page flashes amber
- affected location TEXT MESSAGE.
