well above apex of pre molar
ASA / infraorbital
5 max inciors
skin over lip nose and lower eyelid
25 gauge long needle
adjacent max 1st molar
palpate te infraorbital foreman and retract
greater palatine
buccal / palatal soft tissue posterior and may be up to the canine
nasopalatine
just lateral to inscisive papilla
anterior middle superior alveolar nerve block
5 max teeth
buccal soft tissue and bone and palatal
inserted at half way between pre molar and palate
anterior superior alveolar
max teeth
