Over open wounds, skin abnormalities, acute inflammation, high fever, TB lesions, blood vessel disorders, rumors, acute hematoma, over non-union fractures, post-op tendon transplant or repair, edema secondary to kidney or cardiac dysfunction, increases pain, or undiagnosed.
